Tria Partner Ann Siegle lived in South Florida for six years,
and some of her favorite meals were Florida specialties like stone
crabs, Jerk chicken, Jamaican peas ’n rice and fish stew.
She’s never been able to duplicate the Fried Plantains served
at the Cuban owned Las Vegas Café in Hollywood, FL, but
she tries often.
