About Ann
Ann Siegle has a B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University with an emphasis in marketing. From 2003 to 2010, Ann was a Partner at Tria Design & Marketing with two other women. In 2010, Ann expanded Tria Marketing & Design with web developer Noah Blon as well as marketing & design interns from local colleges & universities.
For nine years, Ann was president and creative director of Paradise Graphic Design. Before founding Paradise, she was Senior Designer at a $200M computer distributor. Prior to her high-tech career, Ann was art director at a South Florida luxury real estate magazine publishing company. Ann is a past president of the Lansing Advertising Club, bringing great ideas to mid-Michigan communications professionals. Ann is the former Commodore of the Lansing Sailing Club, a competitive sailing club on Lake Lansing, in Haslett. Ann serves on the advocacy group Capital Area Breastfeeding Coalition, is on the board of directors for HOPING, a child-loss support group for Mid-Michigan parents, and she is the head of the marketing and public relations committee serving on the Board of Directors for ATHENA WIN Michigan.

Ann and her husband founded and run the Tour de Road America Foundation together with cycling friends in Wisconsin. The Tour donates over $30,000 annually, raised from the Tour de Road America bike ride, to three cancer charities: the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the Austin Hatcher Foundation and the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic.
Ann is passionate about competitive sailing, enjoys scuba diving, long-distance bicycling, cross-country skiing, classical ballet, knitting, traditional fiber arts, designing bags for her freelance handbag business, and playing with her dog Zuzu, an Australian Shepherd. Ann, her husband, their daughter and son live in East Lansing.
About George
George F. Siegle is a marketing professional based in East Lansing, Michigan. In his twenty-year career, Mr. Siegle has worked with numerous organizations to improve top line performance. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, product innovation and management, marketing strategy, branding, value messaging, digital strategy and communications, and business development. Mr. Siegle presently serves as an advisor to Tria Marketing & Design and Marketing Acuity, a marketing strategy and research firm.
Previously, Mr. Siegle was the Director of Business Marketing and Web Development for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). He led the development and implementation of the MEDC’s social media and digital marketing campaigns, enabling timely, personal interaction with its many constituencies. He also led a branding team that helped the MEDC articulate the key messages for businesses considering Michigan as a start-up or investment location.
Mr. Siegle performed several roles for Delta Dental of Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio and its Renaissance affiliate. He most recently directed product and service innovation, helping the organization bring new-to-the-world products and refreshed products to market. In the role of market strategist, he led the development of Delta Dental’s strategic marketing plan, as well as key strategic marketing projects. He began with Delta Dental as a project manager consultant and member of the marketing team for the start-up of Renaissance.
Mr. Siegle spent five years as a Senior Strategist at a leading Michigan-based consulting firm. In this role, Mr. Siegle worked with clients in the areas of strategic business, marketing and sales planning; market research; and new product development. He worked extensively with companies such as Masco, Delta Faucet, AAR, and Emerson Electric’s Westinghouse Process Control subsidiary.
Previously, Mr. Siegle led the marketing function at Deneba Software, a Miami, Florida-based developer of professional and consumer-market graphics software. He has additional marketing experience with Microsoft Corporation, Marriott, and Holiday Inns, Inc.
Mr. Siegle earned a Master of Business Administration in marketing with a sub-concentration in finance from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management. His Bachelor’s degree in business is also from Michigan State University. Mr. Siegle holds the designation of Certified New Product Development Professional.
George’s personal interests include cycling and racing iceboats and sailboats. He is active in his community through several professional and charitable organizations, and is the co-founder and organizer of the Tour de Road America, a cycling event benefiting the Lance Armstrong Foundation and cancer survivors. He lives in East Lansing with wife, Ann, son Christian, and daughter Eyrin.
